How Can I Help?

We are an organized group of concerned residents. Join us in the opposition to the helipad. Here is how you can help:

[1] Help spread the word. Talk to your neighbours and friends. E-mail this site to them. Not everybody knows about the helipad and all of the impacts it will have on residents.

[2] Do you have experience combatting this type of issue? If you are an expert, or have experience that you think could help us stop the SFGH helipad, please contact us. We'd love to hear from you.

[3] Donate to help us pay the experts we have to hire to fight the helipad.

[4] Buy merchandise from our store and help the cause.

[5] Volunteer to help us with the many tasks involved in stopping the helipad.

[6] Sign the petition. The more signatures we gather, the more influence we will have over electied officials who will ultimately decide whether or not this project will move forward.

Or print out a copy of our petition and gather signatures from your friends, family, and neighbors: [7] Distribute flyers and pamphlets. We have produced a variety of communications that you can print out and give to people or post in public places.

Use a staple gun, tape, or tacks to post the flyer on your neighborhood telephone poles and in stores. Our experience has been that store owners are sympathetic if the helipad situation is explained to them.

Download these pre-made flyers, print them out, and make copies on brightly colored paper or even color copies if you can:

[8] Link to this website from your website. Use our pre-coded handy banners.

[9] Keep in touch. Join our mailing list for the latest information on the helipad including public meetings.
